Guest guest
Hi , I couldn't get that link to work, but I'm guessing from the subject matter that NAD is Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, which is the coenzyme form of niacin. NAD activates the Phase I enzymes alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase which break down alcohol and acetylaldehyde. In order to do its job properly, NAD needs B6 in the form of P5P.
