chocolate wafer alternatives?

I read about melting chocolate and making little chocolate drops/wafers

with the enzymes. I'd like to give the boys OLE, but I bought capsules.

I figured I could give it to them with chocolate as well, like the

enzymes. But, I am trying to stay away from chocolate (phenols) and

sugar. Do any of you have alternatives? Stevia in something else?
