Massachusetts Mold Legislation update

My Mold bill has been sent to Committee and now awaits a hearing date. Will let everybody know when I get the date. Need some folks to come and speak for the bill. Need some media coverage as well.

The House has concurred on the Senate version of your legislation. It now has a bill number, Senate 2353, which means that soon you will be able to view it and track it on the General Court website, http://www.state.ma.us/legis. The bill has now been officially referred to the Joint Committee on Health Care, and I will follow up with them to see about a hearing date. I will continue to keep you informed of the progress on all of the mold-related bills. Have a nice weekend.
