Guest guest
Is it necessary to get the p5p with the magnesium? What about bowel movements? All I keep reading on the supplement labels are how magnesium changes the bowel habits and if this occurs to stop use. I don't want to spend x-amount of money on a product that will do this but they make it sound like the p5p needs mag. Thanks in advance!!! The P5P requires magnesium for proper absorption, among other things, but you can buy them separately so you can adjust the doses of each. > What about bowel movements?
