Guest guest
hey, Enbrel really helped my joints but after two months on it I got a whole bunch of infections at once and went off. I caught the flue, got chostochondritis (a lot of PA people seem to get it, it's a bad chest pain), a yeast infection, a herpes simplex flairup and a genital psoriasis attack all at once! Thank god for antidepressants! I also have Hepatitis C and I don't think that helps anything. Right now my PA is very bad. It's good to read these posting because it makes me remember that this stuff comes and goes and I could feel better next week. I'm starting Arava tonight, even though your not suppose to take it with hepatitis, because it's getting hard to get around. My rheumatologist thinks it's worth the risk. Guest guest
Hi bana witt, Sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble right now. Among your many afflictions, you wrote: > got > chostochondritis (a lot of PA people seem to get it, it's a bad chest pain) Were you classifying that as an infection, too? I've been trying to learn what causes so much chest pain for me, but never thought of it as related to an infection but possibly something that I've done while using my arms (like sweeping, using the vacuum cleaner or doing yard work). Although I've tried to research this condition, I haven't read a whole lot about it and I'm still looking to learn more. > ... I'm starting Arava tonight I hope this works out for you.
