soaking flours/Kombucha

Anybody have luck with homemade Sourdough or try soaking the flours, or using Kombucha? Honestly, we have taken bread out but I fail to see the difference and I think she'll really rebel unless she can have an occasional peanut butter sandwich, she's very cooperative, but we'd like to keep it that way.

I have heard of SeaCure, next to try after my Arginine/Lysine combo.
