Pat,

As soon as I saw the report identifying mold I relocated to another locker

room even though my director insisted that there was no problem. My doctor

(the occ/med specialist from Seattle) wrote a letter to the hospital the

following week restricting me from that area. My breathing is a bit better

when I do not work in the OR rooms or get over exerted but still wake up each

AM with white frothy phlegm.

I have been told that I do not have a claim for L & I as I had nasal

surgery 10 years ago. I had a grossly deviated septum and had had no sinus

problems after that for 5 years until I started working there.

My yearly evaluation was due the first of July. I received my raise but was

told I would get the eval " later. "

Unfortunately, I am like most people that I need to work to pay bills and

in this region they are notorious for sharing employee info from one facility

to another. Back east (New England) employee confidentiality was more

strictly enforced. I am still trying to find a better environment to work in.

My doctor also told me to " get out of the OR " .Hard to do at 55 when I was

hoping to retire in the next 7 years.

Thank you for your supportive words.

Eileen
