Hello,

Since the subject of tea came up, I thought I would share what we found out about hyssop tea. Used a lot in the Old Testament, it is actually medicinal and most useful for asthma. In Numbers 19, it says to mix it with water, so we decided to make a tea with the leaves. It also says to do it on the 3rd and 7th day, which we chose to be Wednesday and Saturday. So each of those days (When we remember) (= we get some water to almost boiling, and then steep the tea for 15 minutes. You're supposed to drink it hot, but I prefer iced tea. It has a wonderful taste, and after about a day and a half, I can tell that it is clearing out my lungs. It is considered an expectorant too, so good for colds as well.

Olive leaf.

By chance, we found out that olive leaf is good for cleansing fungal issues. This is what we started on right after evacuating, and it seems to help. It smells like alfalfa and is easy to tolerate.

We found both the hyssop and the olive leaf at the natural food store, and the hyssop we had to buy in bulk, along with large tea bags, but it was very affordable. For ten dollars, we got a large one pound bag that will last a few months.
