A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT OF NATIONAL TOXIC MOLD

COALITION AND FOUNDATION

At my age I should know by now that life is full

of Disappointments. I have seen many. What I am ever

so disappointed in now, is the way claims are being

handled with Toxic Mold Cases and my own double

exposure of Toxic Mold and Carbon Monoxide. The

Insurance Company(State Farm) and the Attorney act as

though it is a small fender bender. Yet my children's

personalities are a shadow of the once joyous and

happy souls they once were before all this. Even more

disappointment comes when I here no reaction at all

that my children are hurt, not even a simple " I'm

sorry! " It reminds quite of the concentration camps

and the children that perished there during Natzi

Germany.

I don't know how to explain it to my children. I don't

know how to tell them no one cares. I don't know how

to explain to them, that I teach them right from

wrong, don't lie and the adults surrounding this issue

are doing the lieing but it's o.k. for them to do it,

but not my children.

My children have changed since this happened to them.

They have lost trust and faith in their fellow human

beings. For the first time in my life I am at a loss

as to how to make it o.k. I can't and I am having to

accept that.

Our lives are forever altered at the hands of Gordon

Elliott and Dr. Hish Majzoub owners of a place we had

only rented 5 days before being exposed to Toxic Mold

and Carbon-monoxide. I can't justify this Doctors

action either, he is a neurologists, and certainly he

would know the effects of toxic and gas exposures on

the body. I recently found out that Carbon-monoxide

happened to one of Mr. Elliotts previous tenants. He

didn't learn anything, except how to cover his tracks

better. He didn't learn anything about right and

wrong.

My family came along way from Tipperary (Ireland)to

America, and they were wealthy, however, I never saw

them mistreat anyone because they had less than them.

Gordon Elliott came from Ireland too, yet, the values

my family instilled in me, are quite different than

what he has shown us and my children.

Today I got the word from Hatch CLAIM REP. of

State Farm Insurance that I have no viable claim with

them. They intend to see the case to trial if they

can't get summary judgement.

TODAY, I PRPOSE A CLASS ACTION SUIT sponsored by the

National Toxic Mold Coalition against STATE FARM

INSURANCE FOR FRAUD IN ADVERTISING, BAD FAITH, AND

CONSPIRACY TO FORGE EVIDENCE. If you have a claim, any

claim of personal injury you feel has been unjustly

handled by STATE FARM INSURANCE, CONTACT US AT NTMC.

We have lawyers willing to handle this! Do not call

and ask their names, they will operate in secrecy

until you have signed the contract with them. This is

to protect all claimants and the lawyers from undue

harrassment.

I made every effort to try and settle this, they won't

even be reasonable. Many of you have written over the

months your own despairing letters about your

insurance claims. If State Farm is bankrupt thay need

to claim it. Otherwise they need to be responsible

adults and do what is right in these cases. Suddenly

they fight against covering Mold claims at all. Next

it will be fire claims they will deny, because those

are in abundance too. Maybe a class action will force

them to acknowledge the hundreds of claims they have

pending instead of acting as though they don't exist.

I am heartbroken over State Farms treatment of us. We

didn't deserve that, and certainly we didn't deserve

c.o exposure and toxic mold. I dare say that even

insurance reps aren't immune to Toxic Mold in their

own homes or workplaces. I bet they get their claims

paid, and pronto.

This paper will cover daily stories from victims of

personal injury insurance claims,listed by category,

in all categories,from man-made to natural diaster.

You can tell us if they paid your claim, ignored it,
