Parasites unknown in humans

I guess since the parasite showed up in the stool sample the parasite is in the

intestines. I use to live in Michigan. I now live in Florida. The lab said I

could have gotten the parasite from an animal(use to have a dog) or foreign

travel (we have been to Mexico twice). I don't care where I got it or how at

this point. I just want to know how to get rid of the yeast and parasites.
