Guest guest
, Our family wants to thank you for the wonderful story you reported on about our Toxic Mold fight. You did very well with the amount of time you had. In regards to the information you gave on Congressman Conyers Federal Mold Bill, it was incorrect. It seems that the Legislation he has been writing for a year has yet to be filed. It seems he decided to do some a rewrite of it. A year of working on it and it still isn't done. What I have been shown is nothing more than a memo or wish list. It is in no way professional Legislation. The only Federal Toxic Mold Legislation that has been given to Washington, is mine. Congressman Conyers and over 70 other members of Congress and Senate have it before them. In the case of Congressman Conyers, he has had it for about 4 months. I told him to take it and put his name on it if he wishes because the Authors name is not important, the protection it gives is. Rep. Stanley mentioned that my Legislation goes too far. Perhaps my attempts to save families from the illnesses caused by Toxic Mold are too bold. How bold is too bold when Americans are suffering? It seems she wants my information to determine how deep the State liability from their corruption is in our Toxic Mold case. They are in over their heads! The part the Legislature objects to is that I hold those that allow or cover-up the mold accountable. Most are local and state government building and health inspectors. Rep. Stanley, and almost all of the members of the Massachusetts Legislature, have seen their own Public Record documents that outline the States own corruption that has caused Toxic Mold. The Legislature has known of these corrupt acts since 1996. The Governor's and Attorney General's have known even longer. Without the accountability the citizens remain in danger. As the Legislation clearly states, only those that have broken the law are held accountable. Isn't that how our Nation of Laws is suppose to be?
