Guest guest
I saw a posting re LA doctors, but couldn't find the original thread? I would love to talk to someone who has successfully remediated mold in the LA/Southern Calif area? Can this mold be remediated and make the house liveable? I, too, have the problem of MCCS. Can't tolerate chemicals at all. The mold in the condo makes me so sick that I have almost passed out every time I'm there. We, of course, cannot live there. It is now almost 5 months later. I am so concerned about having to rebuild this condo. The entire bottom floor is to be taken out. The kitchen, bathroom, all wallboard, garage, and as I previously posted the ducts have asbestos covering them. So, then to replace all this you have glues, grouts, paints, solvent, carpet, tile, etc etc. Then as the previous pervson talked about there's the vinyl aspect. (Anyone seen the movie " Blue Vinyl. " Regarding the manufacturing and placement of vinyl siding for houses. Very interesting! The mold remed company has agreed to use as little Anabec which is the fungicide they use, as possible. To not leave residue behind. (They sent me a sample that had been soaked and I got really dizzy from smelling it.)So, thoughts on any of this? Is there a check list of important facts to look for? I am having a hard time keeping track. For instance, read that white insulation doesn't have formaldehyde? What to look for in carpet? etc e
