Guest guest
Hi, Joyce, I have appreciated your past posts and I know a bit about what you do, so please allow me to make a respectful but poignant observation/analogy: it took you 4 years [probably] to achieve JD status but during that time you didn't learn to practice law. When you began to practice you encountered and learned many things that the average citizen would never expect to be the case. The truth is that much of what we, as a society of humans, put in our mouths is not food! Just because something may have a pleasant aroma or taste good doesn't mean that: 1. it is good for us; Or, 2. that it won't harm us Researching food is like Case Law research: we often find shocking, even unbelievable facets of governmental actions and decisions by otherwise astute courts and tribunals. Sometimes they are just plain wrong, e.g. appellate bodies, that sometimes [but not always, as in 'Dissent'] set matters straight. As an example, Nutmeg is pleasant to smell, delightful to the taste. Please do NOT ingest an entire kernel at one time like one might other similar appearing nuts and fruits. And. thorough Garlic research will shock you. Onions and Mustard [as vegetables and seasonings] are alkalizing [diseases thrive in an acidic environment] but since most oils are acidifying, [mustard oils not in my lists] I'd suspect the oils of those are as well. As a practicioner and Researcher for some 15 years now, I have never had to " Appeal " her protocol ! She is, in spite of my opinion of some of her manners of writing, a genius and has gifted us with many things, so it is easy for me to accept the simple along with the things I have had to subject to a 'finding of fact' in order to establish a 'conclusion of Law'. Some things are simply Res Judicata. That having been stated, I will plead Guilty to having been justicably indignant about certain things I did NOT wish to be the case. Sugar is a perfect example! Nonetheless the Law is the Law and much of it, contrary to what many will argue, is NOT CHANGEABLE, since it is inaleinably fundamental! Our bodies are similar! In further support of the above I mention a saying: " The Good Lord willing and the Creek don't rise " [a part of my own Heritage]. There is ALWAYS a " BETTER WAY " ! Together WE can find IT and make IT a " Cradle for Humanity " !
