Melinda Ballard of Policy holders of America has told me it is okay if anybody wants to use her groups letters as a format for sending a letter of support for my Massachusetts Mold Legislation S2353. They are at the bottom of the site page -

The letters are designed for different problems. If you cannot attend the June 10, 2002 hearing, could you please send a letter of support for the Legislation. Send specific information about your situation with mold, insurance, builders, inspectors or realtors. You can e-mail to me or send to Senator O'Leary at fax-617-722-1271. I will leave my fax on Sunday from 5PM on (508_771-7868).

This is the first time a piece of legislation of this magnitude has come up for a hearing. We must work to get it passed. Once we get it passed here, we can then use it as an example in other states. It will also make it easier for my Federal Mold legislation and national building standards and the mold legislation of Congressman Conyers to go forward in Washington.

Everybody can make a difference by speaking or writing in support of our Massachusetts Mold legislation.

I just learned that the Massachusetts Senate Leadership has scheduled a caucus for most of Monday so there will be no State Senators at the hearing. The ranking house member of the committee should be there but perhaps nobody else. Of 16 members we will probably only see 1.
