Guest guest
I saw some email messages on a site that Congressman Conyers had submitted Toxic Mold Legislation. He also, supposedly, was to submit it in the beginning of June in Detroit. I have asked many times to see the actual Legislation and have not been given a copy. All I am sent is a Legislative Wish List. As of 5 minutes ago, Congressman Conyers has not submitted any bill on Toxic Mold. This is according to the staff of the US House Clerks Office. Several people checked and found nothing. They even looked in today's hopper and there is nothing. H5010, mentioned as being Conyers Bill, is the House Appropriations Bill for the Defense Department for 2003. I need to see the actual Mold Legislation after it has been filed. I am not interested in a summary of something not filed. Dr. Lipsey, mentioned in the site, you have just given your support to the 2003 Defense Appropriations Bill. Did you really intend to do that? I applaud those that want to see Mold Legislation but I refuse to blindly offer support to something that has yet to be submitted. If somebody has the REAL legislation could you email me a copy? I don't need another copy of the Wish List. Thanks. Ken Moulton
