Several states are drafting toxic mold bills and Calif. has passed their, but you now have a chance to help setup a National Toxics Mold bill. It will increase funding for research in the harmful effects of high levels of toxic molds and establish guidelines and later, federal standards, for Stachybotrys, Aspergillus, Penicillium, etc. like we have for toxic chemicals such as benzene, formaldehyde, etc.( OSHA - only in the workplace) Please follow Melinda Ballard's instructions below and pass this message to everyone you know.

LIPSEY'S RESUME--Toxicology And Environmental Health Associates

Friends: We have created an electronic petition in support of the US Toxic Mold Bill (Bill number 5010). You can get it on our homepage (www.policyholdersofamerica.org) of directly using the link below: http://www.policyholdersofamerica.org/petition.asp?id=1

Once you fill out a few fields, it will automatically be sent to your US Congressman, US Senators, State Representative, State Senator and Governor.

It's easy and I hope YOU, YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY and EVERYONE YOU KNOW signs it. We need a STRONG show of support. Please pass this direct link to everyone on your address book.

You can read all about the highlights of the Bill on our site.

Thanks!
