why do parts of teeth glow on x-ray?

I see on my panoramic dental x-ray that the top parts of some teeth " glow " /

show up real bright on the x-ray. Why is this? I thought it was the fillings

glowing, but some teeth do not have any fillings yet they still glow, so I'm

confused.
