Dear Mike,

I myself have tried the MMS for a month, getting up to 15 drops twice a day. Jim

now suggests 1 or 2 drops, every hour throughout the day. He says it works

better and is way easier to take. Why not try that for a while?

Another idea for acne is to just dab on Bragg's organic Apple Cider Vinegar a

couple of times a day, right on the acne spots. Cheap, easy and effective for

many folks.
