Guest guest
Just to let you know, Melinda Ballard asked me not to contact her anymore about my issues with the Conyers Mold Legislation. Seems she might be upset that anybody might question a piece of Legislation. That is what negotiation is all about. This is my comments to her email to me. Ken Melinda, I offered information to Congressman Conyers several months ago on issues that effect many of us with Mold. He ignored them for whatever his reasons. I have asked many times for him to share his legislation with me, as he has with you, and I was denied. I had my home inspected by the local inspector, if you read what I have sent you many months ago this would be known to you. I also hired a private inspector who worked for the real estate agent. This is long before you ever new of or got involved with these issues. I have been trying to stop the government corruption for a decade that allows the conditions for toxic mold. You've been in the fight for a few years. And on the issue of moving, my Mother is already in a nursing home from the mold. We have no family to move in with. This means my Son would have to go to a State Institution as I have told you so many times before. As a citizen, it is my right to discuss any form of legislation. I do not seek revenge but look for accountability from my government. If you don't understand the difference I cannot explain it to you. I offered my support to you and your cause when I first heard of it without any reservation. It seems you are the one using my speaking out about Mold Legislation to use revenge in not supporting my Massachusetts Mold Legislation. It is fine for you to talk of insurance companies across the Country but as you already know, if Mold is due to illegal constriction, there is no insurance coverage. I am trying to stop that from happening. Why are you fighting me on that issue? I have offered my help to all that have asked for it. I charge them no fee for this help. It comes out of our own pocket. All companies that have contacted me to support their MOLD products" get a POLITE no! I will not allow a conflict of interest. Many of us across the Nation that are trying to stop the Mold on the inspector corruption issue looked to you for help but it never came. Your Mold was due to Insurance issues while we fight our governments corruption that causes mold. In my opinion, while the Conyers bill is a simple beginning it in no way answers the overall issue. I think it will be gutted in many areas on Budget issues I have pointed out. In a conversation we had some months ago you told me I should take my name off of my Legislation. I offered it to Congressman Conyers and told him to put his name on it if he wanted. I was ignored by him. Whose name is on Legislation is not important. Any GOOD Legislation must help all rather than a selected few. I wish you luck in your fight. I will not bother you again with the problems of others across the country. We will continue our fight against our enemies on our own. Good Bless. Ken
