Amphotericin is a drug used to treat Candidia, Another drug just FDA approved

last year. We baby RN's call it AMPHO-TERRIBLE -40days 40nights IV

sticks---Babies don't eat yogurt or take pills.

Candidia can make your blood sugar go up and down rapidly.

-IgM,IgG, IgA are your body Immunoglobulins(Big Antibodies that fight

infection)-IgM shows a more recent inf. IgG shows an infection from a longer

time ago.

Still have the stuff though.

Oh I have zapped also, but that does not kill what is in the intestine, which

is where the candida lives. Makes the rest of you feel better though!

See what they have done, not allowing sugar, which is quite correct,

yet allowing starch, which converts to sugar very, very quickly, and

honey, same thing. The yeast will love you.

For better information you'll find people with hands-on experience

curing their own candida, on

candidiasis/

Make sure you go back into the archives by searching on Prebiotics or

do a Google search on " inulin references " .

And since you're on a cancer list, try a search on Glutathione

references too.

Hello BB

I have never had thrush in my mouth the only thing sometimes I will break out

on my eye lids, around my mouth, my ears will itch and it drive me crazy. The

itching is severe and I can't help but to rub it. My husband will say it is

that makeup and I said no it can't be why doesn't it do it all the time instead

on occasion. It is dry and I have to constantly keep something on it. Then I

will get it cleared up and all is well. The only thing that has helped it is

A & D ointment. That stuff worked wonders!! I would only put it on at bedtime.

When I went to my Rheumy she said that I had dry eyes. I said how did you know

she said because I can see you eyes are red. I had the rash cleared up at the

time of the visit. Who knows maybe there is something to it.

I don't know about the other.

Good luck

Thanks to both parties that responded, I think I got it from too many

antibiotics. My PA started in my left Jaw and soft tissue around the

inner ear, it was misdiagnosed as an inner ear infection and I was

fed and endless stream of Antibiotics. Tammy, I never put it

together, but I have the same thing with my ears, I found some cream

in Germany, Bach Cream, it seems to work pretty good too. Thanks for

Hi Bobby,

So glad to know that you are feeling better about yourself. We have

all been there, in not knowing what is happening to us. But once we

know we begin to understand and our anxiety and panic starts to

diminish. I know that Blackfoot was not your primary band, but I

have themseveral times in the past. I hope you can keep playing for

a long time to come, and I would love to see you and Blackfoot

perform in the UK again. This new format is crap.

Keep thew light shining,

Ian.

I am in a rush right now, but I just want to write

quickly about my experience with zapper, wormwood,

etc.

I have been using the--so-called-- Scenar (Dr. 's

zapper helped some, but was not as effective) and am

aware of the positive results... I am taking

" Kroeger's Wormwood Combination " once a week for years

now and had no negative results. I also did all the

cleanses, which made a big difference too.

Food seems to help the most... no sugar, no yeast, no

processed foods... this is not easy, but I feel much

better...

If I make a mistake and have any of the foods, that I

know I should not have, I feel the old fatigue, even

get dizzy, etc...

BTW: I used to be very sick, close to dying...

Carolyn,

I saw you writing about candida. I'm not doing well with that right now

means I am on a 4 hour doxycycline infusion and acidophilus is not helping.

Any

other dietary changes you could recommend?

Am on antibiotics-klacid & flagyl pulsing and doing Buhner's herbs along with

samento & burbur. This is after 4 months mepron and zith and some herbs. I have

had horrific uncontrollable Candida taking fluconzaole 50 mg a day, nystation, a

no carb diet and the thing which eradicated it totally was NSI Candida yeast

Management. Bought from vitacost.com which is cheap for all stuff including

most of the Buhner herbs. Am now able to eat some carbs and on a maintenance

dose of the Candida management. Highly recommend it to all!

>Hi Dagmar,

Sorry you're not doing well at the moment.

I'm sure lots of people here will have Candida tips to share as well,

but here goes:

When I was on Doxy [orally], I already had yeast and candida issues,

so persuaded my doc. to prescribe Diflucan for the 3 months I was on

it, with a check on the liver after a month [enzymes were a little

raised, so I had a 2nd check, but was OK to continue] and I took Milk

thistle, as well as Sarsaparilla ,to help the liver. Doc. only agreed

to 100mg of Diflucan instead of the 200 I had wanted because there is

a protocol to use Diflucan for Lyme as well.

I have been taking high-dose probiotics for many years, but have not

found it enough to halt the yeast, perhaps because of the Lyme as

well. In 2003, I went to see a woman near me in UK who was very

experienced at diagnosing allergies and Candida by kinesiology and I

started a full-blown anti-Candida and anti-allergen diet, avoiding

wheat, dairy, all sugar [except the less sweet fruits like apples,

maximium of twice daily], mushrooms, fermented products. I was also

reacting to citrus, tea and peanuts for a while, but that's just me,

and I was eventually able to tolerate them. My lady encouraged me to

avoid eating too much of any one thing to avoid becoming intolerant of

it [ So I alternated oat and rice milk, sour dough rye with other

gluten free bread/ oat cakes, tried not to have too much soya etc.

I still avoid wheat, cow's dairy and sugar except on rare occasions,

where I use a dairy-digesting enzyme, for example, to help.

The most interesting natural method of getting levels of Candida down

that I have read recently is using Cream of Tartar and I have read

posts on other Lyme sites about this; you can read what Dr Wong says

about it at http://www.totalityofbeing.com/ArchivedYeastInfections.html

>I have only tried C of T on odd occasions, but I have seen a post

that said it took a month to get rid of the problem.

Hope you see some improvement,

Best Wishes,

Carolyn

Hi Carolyn- The Candida is now gone- I have had it all throughout my body,

bowels, mouth etc and have recently been tested and it is GONE. I am on a

maintenance dose of 1-2 at night (depending on what I eat during the day) and

can even eat some carbs. Had my 1st orange yesterday since last June!!! I still

take probiotics, fluconazole and drink kefir. I had done that too and it wasn't

until I started this Candidia management enzymes that I had real relief. I was

so bad that I had to use topical hydrocortisone cream in many areas of my body

to control the itch!

And I am still on antibiotics-klacid and flagyl- and flagyl is a super yeast

infection catalyst abx so this stuff for me really works!!!

If you're not sure what is what, ask you doctor to test you- either

vaginally or a poop test. If it is in the system, the test will give you the

answer.

helps me with my lyme symptoms hugely.

Hi Robin,

It is used for candida but there is a protocol that a German doctor uses

fluconozale to fight lyme. He had chronic lyme also and noticed when he

took it he would feel so much better. So he developed a protocol and for

some reason this drug blocks and enzyme that you have but it also inhibits

lyme so that is why people say it works. You should read the interview he

has. Just google Schardt protocol. The website is called immunesupport.com

I think and he tells all about it. Some people tell me that I probable

really have yeast problems but I disagree. When I first got sick had the

insomnia, rapid heartbeat, all kinds of nasty stuff. I never had taken

antibiotics before and now that I did yes I have vaginal yeast problems and

but before the antibiotics and yeast problems I had all of the same symptoms

that I do now. I can just tell that is lyme. It does wonders for me. I

definitely would not say that I feel cured by it but I can sleep again and

don't have that crazy manic wired feeling as bad. It takes it from a 10

down to a 2. I just thank God that I found this. I know it is not good for

me but my holistic doctor said that the spirochetes do way more damage than

diflucan will ever do. So, that is my take on it. I need to start killing

the bugs though but at least I have this as my backup. I hope this helps.

Just curious, - thought fluconazole is for candida, not Lyme. Do you

experience die-off symptoms when you take it? -- Robin

Take 50 mg per day fluconazole and right now with the flagyl & klacid will keep

it like that but will go to 150 mg once a week soon and see how that goes.

Fluconzole is not good to take long periods-many also develop resistance to the

drug. And I find it doesn't help the Lyme- MY ND said no to the Schardt

protocol- She is German and read through his site and talked to the ND Lyme

conference about it and they all were opposed to it. Here in Holland treatment

is in the infancy but my ND is fantastic and researches everything I send. She

is now almost a LLMD!!!

I do abx combo and the Buhner core protocol together with samento and burbur

and lots more herbs for brain & collagen support. It's a full time job but I

have my life back after 20 years of being terribly ill for the most part.

For my son, it required chelating the metals, eliminating viruses, and

Kim, LDN DOES NOT induce the candida infection. Candida is an underlying infection that can reduce the effectiveness of LDN. It is recommended that you address any unresolved candida or the LDN might not work as well.

For me, I addressed the candida prior to starting the LDN and that dramatically improved my MS symptoms. I feel better than I have in 20 years just by taking care of the candida. Now, LDN will prevent the MS from progressing.

I see alot of mention of caution with candida with LDN on many forums. Can LDN induce yeast?
