Here are a few comments I took out of Melinda Ballards email. These are quite important.

"It seems to me that you are more interested in getting revenge than preventing the problem."

"You asked my organization to support the proposed legislation in MA. We didn't because of the actions taken by you against the Conyers' Bill. IF you ever want our support, you should be supporting measures designed to help the public, not work against them."

As most of you are aware, I wrote and submitted my Massachusetts Mold Legislation last year, 2001. I first heard of the Conyers Bill in March of this year, march 2002, when I contacted them by sending my families story and my Federal Mold Bill.

I asked all, including Melinda, for help last year in support of my Massachusetts bill. It seems her comments show she has used revenge to sabotage our Massachusetts bill. Again, she states about comments I have raised about Federal Mold Legislation since only March 2002. Where was her support last year. I think she has confused herself by her statements. The FACTS don't support her nonsupport claims. The dates are too far apart from my first requests for help.

For those that know me, I fight for all citizens. If I offend elected officials by asking for the truth that is their problem. I support nobody or no cause blindly. I have asked for support for Legislation to help many across Massachusetts. For those that make excuses for not giving it, good luck to you. All you will have are your excuses.
