Melinda,

I have had some time to reflect since you called my wanting to hold those accountable who break the law, my effort of revenge. Guess you never heard of JUSTICE. Holding one who breaks the law accountable is the foundation of our Nation and Legal System.

I remember when I first spoke to you after seeing your story on TV. I offered help and support. I told you what had happened to us and of the State and Federal laws I was trying to pass. At that time, a mold bill was not part of my actions.

Later you told me of your intent to run for political office and I offered support of writing point papers for you. You then said you had to drop out due to your Son having seizures from the Mold. I offered to contact some of the top Doctors I knew at Boston Childrens Hospital to help you. I also offered to contact a Doctor I knew in Atlanta that had worked with our Son, Kenny. You declined my offers which was your choice as a parent which I respect.

At every point I have offered help in your cause and with your families health. I asked nothing in return. Friendship was payment enough.

Today you tell me you withheld your support for our Mold Law in Massachusetts because you think I offended an aide in Congressman Conyers office. If you reread the e-mails from the aide and me, you'll see all I asked was for a copy of his legislation and if she had passed on my Federal bill to him. She chose to be abusive and threaten me. I then went to her level.

By you and your group withholding support for legislation that would help many is revenge and being vindictive for my challenging Congressman Conyers to show what he was proposing.

If you bothered to notice, his staff had no ethical problem using my list of email addresses to get support for his bill. If you recall, I asked your permission for people to use the letters on POA website that are for supporting Legislation. I would not have used them without you first giving approval. Does the Congressman and his staff not owe me the same type of respect I gave you and your group? Or perhaps they answer to nobody for their actions.

You offered to show your resume. Who cares. That has nothing to do with the issue at hand, JUSTICE! Ones resume or credentials, as you know, does not scare or intimidate Toxic Mold. Only Justice and accountability will stop it.

You mentioned in one of our conversations the issue about us still living in our home. I mentioned the same comment that Brockovich had made about working ones whole live for their home. You said she also was hurting your cause by her comments. Melinda, this is not your cause, it is the cause of all of us across America. We have ALL suffered much.

This is my last comments to you. I considered you a friend but you seem to have decided that YOUR GOALS are more important. Good luck to you.
