I react to the epsom salts in the same way that you do. It is perfectly

fine to adjust dosages accordingly. In fact, it is highly recommended when

you are having severe diarrhea as this can cause dehydration. So try taking

half-doses or three-quarter doses next time.

The last dose helps get out anything that didn't from the previous doses

You may even take an extra olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture with this

last dose and will almost certainly pass more stones.

-- Liver Cleanse

Hi Midge,

I got about 500 stones the first time & many more this time (I did the 2nd

last night).

However I should like to ask a question from you more experienced people -

my diahorrea was totally uncontrollable, both last night & again this

morning - it is now 3pm & I am still passing stones & still have diahorrea

and so am afraid to go far from the loo, although it is hopefully pass the

uncontrollable stage - could I take less of the Epsom salts (even half dose)

or would this not work properly. I spent part of the morning just sitting

on the loo reading a book because each time I stood up & did a couple of

steps from the loo I (well you can imagine what!).

My previous cleanse all the stones I lost were between 6am and 7.30am, and

so at the time I wondered why I needed the 8am dose of Epsom, and thought

perhaps I should ask whether this dose was necessary, and then noticed some

dark things later which I wondered could perhaps be dead parasites.

I should appreciate any suggestions for next time.

Has anyone found an Epsom salt that is just not horrible? In her book she

talked like the olive oil would be bad but it was the salt that I found

awful.

Rose,

I had a very hard time with it too. I take about 1000 mgs of magnesium

or drink " Smooth Move " tea by Traditional Medicinals to clean my colon

before a flush.

i have done the liver cleanse once and it was a very moving experiece, i don't

think you have to follow all the precise exact times exactly, i think you just

need to make sure you get all the mixture down in relatively the same time

frame. i work on a graveyard shift and i didn't let it stop me from doing the

cleanse i just tried to calculate when my clock was in sync with the time frame

of that even then it was a bit off, i just made sure i drank all the mixture,

upon waking i had the runs diahreah and found alot of floaties and they were

galls stones i think.

it was a very moving experience nothing to be afraid of,i'd say just go for it

and do it. i felt very weak after doing it and needed to drink lots of water and

get my energy back , by the following day or two after i was back to my good old

self and i think i'll do this again soon.

well all the best, if you need encouragement, GO FOR IT>

Hello Everyone, Thanks to all who answer and each helping one another. Praying

I'm gonna do my first liver flush, I've wanted to do this for 9 years and have

been fearful. Please anyone give me any pointers, I will follow the diet and

will be taking 15 epsom salt capsules for each dose thereof. I think I should

Best wishes, and just stir that drink up, sip, stir, sip, stir- I tend to stare

at it, and it's kind of cool looking :)

I think you are doing well with what you feel is right.

I would say that it is VERY important to follow the times precisely.

I've done more than 30 liver flushes and every time I deviated from the recipe I

paid a price.

Every other time it was a breeze. The first 2 are the hardest.

The epsom salts never tastes better :-)\

Liver cleanses are vital to good health.

I passed one that was about an inch and a half long and about half and inch

wide. I never felt anything when I passed them. I've done four I think

I just followed Dr. 's protocol to the letter. I did the parasite and

kidney cleanses first. Nobody used the Epsom salt capsules before, so I

have no experience with those. I didn't take anything to soften the stones.

hi Sharon,

i have done 2 liver cleanses recently. i was also

quite scared about doing them. i was afraid i would

end up in the hospital.

i made sure about not eating or drinking anything

after 2pm. i think that is very important. the epson

salts are hard to get down, but not impossible. but i

didn't really have any problem with the grapefruit and

oil.

in the first cleanse, i used light olive oil, and i

didn't get many stones. in the second, i used extra

virgin, and i got alot of stones. i did them two

weeks apart, and have decided to do them a month apart

because i was very tired after the second cleanse.

i have felt significantly better since doing the

cleanses. i feel my body is running more efficiently.

i am going to continue doing them a month apart for

quite a while i think. that's the plan.

good luck with it! it's not so bad ...

Although I think I posted a comment to Dr your reply

doesn't relate to my current issues so I am wondering if you possibly e-mailed

the wrong person. My question is to ask if anyone has expelled in their poop

(among many other weird things) tiny round (not oval) white (not beige or

tan)seeds or eggs. They are the size of mustard seeds or poppy seeds and are

hard to the touch and for my naked eye seem to be empty when I try to squish

them (which is difficult becuz they are tuff little buggers). I was told they

were possible pin worms. Do you have an opinion about this. I have a

constipation problem and therefore can't begin the whole Hulda regimen

with Kidney cleanse and then liver cleanse, etc. I read in her book that you

will get pretty sick if you don't get rid of the parasites first via zapping and

herbal treatment. Thanks and good luck to you too.

Thank You for your reply, I've read so many things that a few sounded too

scary. But for the most part it seems like it will be okay to do alone. I wanted

my husband to be here in case of a stone getting stuck.

Can anyone HELP me with the Question BELOW???

I have a question about the epsom salt pills, I was told to take 15 caps at

each epsom salt dose, now if your only suppose to drink 3/4 cup in a dose, how

much or how little water am I suppose to take while trying to swollow 15 epsom

salt caps, if I'm not allowed to drink ??? How much water CAN I drink with each

epsom salt caps dose of 15 to swollow??? Any HELP on this would be appreciated.

Thanks Sharon

I've done nine or ten liver flushes and started out following Dr. s

directions to the letter. She doesn't allow one to drink anywhere near enough

water in my opinion, especially in the summer. I don't go overboard, but I drink

enough water to keep from getting dehydrated. After 2 pm and before bedtime, I

probably drink about 40 ounces of water in addition to the water I take with the

Epsom salts dissolved in it. After I drink the Epsom salt water, I take a swig

of apple juice to get the bitter taste out of my mouth. Once I tried dissolving

the Epsom salts in apple juice and it didn't seem to work as well, so I went

back to dissolving the Epsom salts in water and drinking it as cold as I could

get it. Some people say if you drink apple juice for a week or so prior to doing

the flush, it softens the stones so they will pass easier.( I see where that is

a concern of yours)

Good Luck,

Gerard

To help soften the” stones” I used the recipe given to me by my Colon

Therapist: 1 qt. organic apple juice mixed with 90 drops of phosphorus per

day for 4 days. I substituted the apple juice with apple sauce. Then I

also followed Hulda’s protocol exactly. Pink grapefruit works better for me

than other kinds. I found an olive oil, Lucini, that claims to have a lower

acidity rate, but have not used it in a cleanse yet. I prefer to do the

cleanse on Saturday night. By Friday I am too stressed from the week to

relax enough. By Saturday afternoon I have had time to chill before I ask

my body to do some more work: cleanse. Also, I found visualization works

well when I am lying down on my right side with knees pulled up to my chest.

I try and sleep on my right side the entire night to avoid the “cleansing

potion” from going to the stomach, therefore, avoiding any undue nausea.

Then in the morning around 4 or 5 or 6 am I will turn on my left side to

help my intestines move the waste to the descending colon. The liver

processes everything in the body, including emotions. Peace, harmony and

love are good healers too.

That’s my 2 cents.

Hi ,

Yes, I've used malic acid pre-cleanse, it is recommended from sources I've

found. I presume it helped (but I also did phosphoric acid, apple cider,

etc.). Particularly if you do magnesium malate, you're getting extra

magnesium, which will help to open things up as well. I take malic acid

anyways, as it is helpful for cell metabolism, and recommended for

fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue etc.

Thanks to all replies and yours today

Gerard, I will probably sip on some water then. I am going to get up early on

the day of my flush to eat and drink before 2. So no meat that day, no milk, no

fat no butter. All the fruit I want and veggies, I guess that means I can't use

coconut oil (DUH) it's fat OK non of that either. Stuff keeps happening in my

days I have planned this so I'm going for the 4th or the 5th this wk. Unless I

get invited to another cookout. I only took kidney herbs (not 's) in a

bottle marked Kidney cleanse, plus God's Herbs kidney and bladder tincture, that

should be good for the kidney flush right??? I cleansed the mouth except I might

have a cavitation, I cleansed the bowels, the parasite for 5 weeks now, plus

daily zapping so I should be good there however I do eat meat from the grocery

store. I always say do the best you can with what you have and try to improve

when you can. Right. Praise The Lord, Blessings, Sharon
