Guest guest
I just wanted to let everyone know who has tried to contact me by phone or email that I have been out of town for 3 days. We lost Dave's Dad on Wednesday. They believe it was a heart attack and his Mother is simultaneously hospitalized. Dad was 5'5 and 60 years old, we loved him dearly. His body is being shipped to Dallas for full mitltary arms burial at the National Cemetary. He was a war hero, and two tour vietnam veteran. He recieved two purple hearts and the silver star, but it did not come easy. He was up for court marshall for carring every guy killed in his platoon back to headquarters on his back. He had been ordered to leave them. However the gov. changed their mind and gave him the purple hearts and silver star. He was also a wonderful carpenter making all the kids something wonderful out of oak. He made a beautiful china cabinet, hope chests, scrolled shelves.etc. He didn't talk much, but we knew he loved us all with his wonderful gifts. I was so saddened and had to come home early yesterday, but first wh I went into his house and found toxic mold in the bathroom he had just redone. I realized Dad had gotten himself saturated with Toxic Mold. I advised the doctors yesterday about Dave's Mom's exposure. So they can adequately treat her now. Her blood pressure was at 250. This toxic mold is taking a toll on our lives, and I am speaking for all of us victims. I vow to fight it to the death myself and for others so that someone will have to react accordingly. I met with State Farm hierachy just before I left town, They advised it is their next " asbestos " and worse would bankrupt them. I advised them that is why we are pursueing the class action, because we already knew this. That a class action would at least give them ability to pay out a claim in lump instead of hundreds of millions in individual claims which will throw them into bankruptcy and play havoc with the already troubled stock market. We are discussing funding for treatments and medical breakthrough discoveries for the body and the home elimination of mold. Please remember our new sight is up: INSURANCE SCORECARD It is so important that you take the few minutes to fill out the insurance rating form and push submit. Congress is very interested in the outcome of these insurance ratings. I have two cousins sitting in congress. We must keep the pressure steady and thorough, lest we be forgotten or forsaken by those who make the decisions utimately. http:ntmc0.tripod.com/scorecard For Dad I wish that all of you would say a prayer for our family at 10:30 Tuesday as they fire the guns in Dallas Texas, National Cemetary for his burial, salute, it will be a difficult time for us. The Lord has gotten quite a warrior for his glorious battle in our Dad, Jim Pope. Carroll-Bower,NTMCPresident www.ntmc0.tripod.com

Guest guest
Hello, I am new here. I am ssorry to hear about that terrible loss. My article Shipyarder Sick with Toxic Mold was in the s Daily Democrat and a very nice woman named Barbara wrote to the reporter and forwarded me this sight. I fight the government with it as it is from work.I am in touch repeatedly woth Olympia Snowes office to get help for my workmans comp they want to deny me. I have written many representatives. It is what we need to do and gives me a goal. If I stop fighting, the mold AND the government has won. I cant seem to find a lawyer who will sue the government or government facility. So if anyone happens to know of one, the info would be appreciated.I ...like all...fight mold every day.My daughter misses how we used to be. I am so sensitive I wear 3m mask all the time and live in a couple roomms at home with hepa filters and they keep moving me around at wrok. I have no life. I send my best to all who fight this legally, healthwise and would love to help in anyway I can. I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks to Barbara for recommending this sight to the kind reporter who wrote about me.Again, sorry to hear the loss.
