Guest guest
I am fairly new here and haven't posted much and so far personally I have enjoyed being here. I have one book under my belt to date and am well on my way to incorporating Dr. s methods into my life and making drastic changes. I have belonged to many groups over the last couple of years.I really agree with what woofie had to say.... I am a little perplexed at some of the comments and negativity on this list. I sense you are all a closely knit group. Despite that, I really want to remain here because I REALLY believe in what I am reading, I believe you people have alot of valuable information that can help me. I don't think it is nice to make fun of people, nor to get into flame wars.... It takes awhile for 'newbies' to get up the nerve to join these lists, some people do it out of desperation because they know there is a better way, they just need someone to point them in the right direction. Those of us who have made crappy lifestyle choices know it! But at some point we decide that there is a way out, but how do we decide what door to take?? Everytime I delve into something new, it all seems so overwhelming at first. Helping by showing is crucial. I am sure some of you may know what it is like to try and save a loved one or to discover you or a family member is really sick. I remember what that feels like!!!2 years ago when my mom was dying we were grasping at straws trying to figure out how to keep her alive- knowing what the medical doctors were doing was WRONG. Being from a small town we knew there were alternative places and teachings like Dr. s but we didn't know how to find them. For me, from tragedy comes growth! 2 years later I have come a long way and done a hell of a lot of reading in the alternative world. It is not black or white when it comes to believing in medical doctors vs alternative doctors. Some of us just know in our hearts that alternative fits. But shoot not only the public but alot of the doctors are brainwashed by the pharmaceutical companies. So can't we expect people to ask questions, no matter how silly they may seem? It's like being back in grade school and being afraid to raise your hand for fear of saying the wrong thing and everyone would jump all over you. I realize that no one wants to be 'liable' for any information, but can't people offer 'suggestions' or what works for them (which you have done for my posts), or maybe kindly tell someone where you recommend they start, in a round about way. It is no doubt tiring for some of you to answer the same questions over and over to new people. I have learned with my other groups from kind suggestions of the other members to please 'read some of the archives and search the threads' (I didn't even know how to do that when I started) to familarize yourself with what is discussed here. But thanks to them I now know some of the 'rules'. Woofies comment about the hotmail is interesting. Our company IT guy (recreational hacker) has always recommended that I use my hotmail account for my egroups for security reasons. As well, since I travel so much I can check my messages from whereever I am. However, for people like my sister, my dad and my best friend back home...they can't afford a computer and they use their work, library, the school, mine or their friends. So a hotmail account is their only option- and besides it is free! Now, correct me if I am wrong and this may be beneficial for Erasmus Sears (Tri) but this group is not in any way shape or form connected to Dr. . and that MOST of the people here have probably read at least 1 of her books and practice her teachings to varying degrees. And that the majority of members are true believers in these methods and are here to simply share, discuss and learn about her methods and how we can use them, and how they have helped in their lives. Is this correct? I would like to say to Tri that I have read alot of books on alternative methods these last 2 years and that I would never hope to ever meet the authors of these books. When I bought Dr. s book, I didn't wonder if I would ever meet her or whether she is alive or not. I would never be able to afford to visit her clinic. BUT I am not asking Doctor to cure me. I am prepared to take control of my own health and I am simply thankful to her for supplying us with her books and knowledge so that we can do this. With the wealth of information in her books and the help and insight from this group I can now apply this to my own life and MAKE UP MY OWN MIND if it does or does not work for me. No offence intended by this next statement but when I bought her book, I couldn't have told you a thing about her, whether she was living or not. Why should it matter? Do people actually think if she dies that everything she has written is false? If that is the mentality then alot of history books would be moot I am afraid. I am shooting for 'quality' of life for myself and family. I am tired of being tired and this woman has opened a door for me, and damn it I am going through. Anyhow I am sorry to ramble on so much, but the point to this dreadfully long post is it possible for this group to be more positive and sympathetic towards new people even if they have to be gently told that they should do some more research first - if that is the case? Thanks for the time. respectfully wendy

Guest guest
Thanks for your post . Seems like a lot of people on this list react to anyone new with fear. That's really sad, because I think there are only two ways to deal with everything in this world, either with love or the absence of love, which is fear. Dr. Barrett obviously does the things he does from a fear mode (afraid of change, afraid of not having enough money if things change, etc.) If we deal with others out of fear then we aren't much better than they are, and he wins, because this list won't last very long if it's fear based. Just because people disagree with Dr. 's ideas doesn't mean they are working for Barrett. Let's not shoot first and ask questions later! Just revved up my Zapper per Phil's suggestions and it seems to work well. I haven't experienced any burns, but I don't put the leads directly on my skin, I use two of those little cotton disc's moistened for better conduction. Also just finished brewing my first batch of Extra strength walnut hull tincture. We should be parasite free soon! Guest guest
I must have missed Phil's tips for revving the zapper. Would you please tell what that means? I have the zapper with wrist bands from www.shrc.net. It was giving me little burns so I put dampened paper towel between the wrist bands and me. Does more hours of use mean faster kill and clean out? Kate :~) Re:Treatment of new subscribers Thanks for your post . Seems like a lot of people on this list react to anyone new with fear. Guest guest
I am sharing a note I received from an excellent researcher and synrometer tester. He is also an electronics tech who knows his stuff. Concerning the zapper voltages we still have burn marks on our wrists when we operate at the 12 volt range instead of the 9Volt battery. He suggested to us to go with the ac/DC wall unit to obtain a higher more effective voltage which may be as effective as plate zapping. We shall see. It has also been suggested to us to use the copper pipe handles instead so as to avoid the burn marks. Apparently the handles are more effective and he introduces a new idea to me for which I have made a longer copper pipe handle for both hands to grab. My friend in Quebec writes: Philip, .... ....... For the zapping, the best way to use the zapper for the lower extremities of the body is to use a aluminium foil on the floor, under this foil, you put a wet paper, the same that we use with the copper pipe. You connect one alligator connector on this aluminium foil, you put your 2 feets on this foil and you use your 2 hands to take the copper pipe with the other connector. For your wife's 'wrestless leg syndrome', There could be severals reasons that cause this problem. Parasites in the spinal cord can activate nerves. Parasites in the muscles can activate them but rarely all the leg at the same time. Heavy metals like lead, candium could cause spasm in the muscle. It's difficult for me to diagnose this case with precision at this time. But one thing is sure the zapper can help her.(12v.)! Leo is suppose to ordering those slides pretty soon. You will know that. kzall wrote: I must have missed Phil's tips for revving the zapper. Would you please tell what that means? I have the zapper with wrist bands from www.shrc.net. Guest guest
Thanks to those of you who have spoken up for the rude treatment of some of us 'newbies' who truly needed help- and for the words of encouragement. I don't know what's going on here, but it sounds like some people need to get a life. The rude posts I've seen here make this a sorry excuse for a loop; hurting, scared people are being referred here for help! There are plenty of other venues (websites, chatrooms, loops) for people to go to -who have time for mind games and juvenile 'expressions.' As for the rude behavior, it's common knowledge that the reason certain people act arrogant and condescending is because they feel insecure and inferior; and this makes them feel big, especially when done in an anonymous arena. Who ever Dr. is, this loop is giving the Dr. a very bad name. Can't this be cleaned up so that desperate people can get some help? What's going on here is *not* 'healthy.'
