I believe I posted here a few years ago on this topic but I thought I

would repeat, what I feel to be a crucial problem based on my own

experience and what I read in Hulda's books.

Ascaris parasites appear to be a serious problem in our society. I have

not yet read her latest purple book but I remember her saying how

ascaris has a fundemental role in inducting calcium deposits, if you

want to call them that and form fibrous tissue or basically tumors. The

fact that Ascaris can produce chemicals that greatly affect our iron

metabolism leads me to believe it is one of, if not the most serious

parasite problem. Probably a major key player in the beggining stages

of poor digestion and hence, poor health.

On one of the videos I had before, she mentioned the health of the

Mexican people and how they would eat 5-6 jalapeno's with each meal.

She stated she believes that is what is keeping the Mexican population

healthy because they eat Ascaris by the handfuls. When I think of

people, the Mexican do strike me as being a healthy race of people.

They always seem to have a good head of hair and have good

complexsions. They must have good circulation and good iron metabolism.

One way I believe to test this is to eat a great, healthy, iron rich

food like beef and see how you feel after. I make a great stove top

ground beef meal by cooking it on low heat, just enough to turn the

pink into a light brown. I use an italian blend of spices. I then put

it in a bowl, put some kelp in it for iodine, some Bragg amino's for

salt and some coconut oil if I am craving fat. I then eat it with

frozen, hot peppers. There is nothing quite like the experience for me

of eating beef with frozen, soggy, fresh tasting peppers.

I write this in haste this spring so that people will take heed this

year and get their supplies of hot peppers ready for the year. It would

seem very wise to grow or buy enough to last you from late summer/early

fall till that same time next year. 365 days to be safe. Depending on

the type you grow, habanero's, chile's or jalapeno's, you will require

a certain amount of freezer space. If you eat 2-3 jalapeno's each day,

you will need roughly 1000 peppers. Habanero peppers are much more

efficient because they are so much hotter. You may only eat 1/2 a

habanero each day so 200-300 would probably suffice you for a whole

year.

In Canada, a retail chain called Superstore gets in real, soil grown

jalapeno's each summer. In my experience, these are the only kind that

will turn from green to red. The peppers that are available all year

round in that store are generally larger and do not readily turn red

like the seasonal ones do. I am not saying that the year rould peppers

are poisonous or useless but I prefer the red jalapeno's because they

are hotter. The large, year round jalapeno's are hit and miss for heat.

Most are very mild, much like a sweet green pepper and will do nothing

for killing Ascaris. They will just mess up your digestion of meat

because they will just alkanize your stomach. You do not want to do

this when eating meat. You want the hot capsicum from the pepper to

kill the Ascaris, and improve the blood flow to the stomach so

digestion takes place. I believe controlling Ascaris is the key to

having healthy stomach acid production.

The key is eating them frozen when eating them with meats. They are

soggy and have the texture of eating cooked peppers but have the

flavour, fire and activity of eating a fresh pepper.

Safeway may be a better place to get good quality, hot peppers all year

round. They usually have some red, skinny chile peppers in stock but

these may be too hot for some people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend

trying a good red meat meal of beef, buffalo or lamb with these frozen

hot peppers. They are not crunchy and go beautifully with the meal.

Praise the Lord!
