Hey arthur,

i am into trying new forms of vit c.

I'll try the rose hips from this link, i see this as an ingredient in some

forms of vit. c.

How much of this stuff do you ingest daily? do you take it every day? or

sometimes?

I am right now trying a product called super C 22, it has over 22 forms of

vit c, it was formulated by a dr.pinkus

i heard him on praise 106.5fm the christian radio station. So because i

heard it on this radio station i thought, hmmm must be a really good form of

vit.c. it seems to be an ok product the kids love it.But would like to try

the rose hips .

thanks

mike
