Guest guest
NTMCNews Brief, August 16th, 2002 Springfield,Mo. SMB News State Farm needs to change their slogan, "The Good Neighbor! Carroll-Bower, challenges the ethics behind non-payment of her claim in Greeen County, Springfield, Missouri Court by State Farm Insurance. Even after the Judge openly said to the Attorney for State Farm quote, " You ought to pay this claim!" State Farm continues to deny and ignore the claim. The Judge then said,"what is the matter Mr. Cowherd, Don't you have the authority to settle." Once again Mr. Cowherd ignores the Judge. When Carroll-Bower informed the Judge of the Toxic Mold besides the carbon-monoxide leak of lethal levels, and that the floor had fallen from her apartmentf to the apartment below from a burst pipe. Mr. Cowherd threw his hands up and said, "Well Judge, it doesn't matter if the ceiling fell in?" Can you believe it! At the deposition of her expert witness OSHA SPECIALIST AND INSTRUCTOR, on cross examination after his admittance that the Plaintiffs were exposed to lethal levels of c.o. exposure and toxic mold from the evidence before him. Mr. Cowherd then said to Ms. Carroll-Bower, quote,"Are you through yet!" Ms. Bower said "Yes!"and Mr. Cowherd said, "Thank God!" Ms. Bower, said, "Ohhh, does he know you?" Round and Round the mulberry bush we go! Carroll-Bower is suffering, probably dying, and Mr. Cowherd and State Farm revel in seeing it. Isn't it amazing! Note: forwarded message attached. Guest guest
Dear , I am emailing to recieve the subscription. Also, it sounds like you have a good team of bad faith attorneys, and we havent been able to find one to help our attorney with our case. 7 toxic molds, including stachy. It has been 6 yrs. since our lawsuit began, as they continue to run us in circles. The part that really gets me, is that they have lost in arbitration, and the mold and our continuing illness was CAUSED by the insurance co. I DID NOT call them to tell them I had mold in my walls. They failed,in bad faith, to cover damage to our walls, that they swore would dry! The house is now condemned, and the walls did not dry until a toxicologist and microbiologist went though the house in 98(2 years later)and tore it out during inspection! A 6,000.00 job turned into a destroyed home and many destroyed lives. Do they (attorneys for NTMCF) represent others? If not would someone there know who could or would? Thank you for all of the info. that you send out!
