Guest guest
Have you tried going gluten free with your diet? I have read that many people with arthritic symptoms are greatly helped by ridding the body of gluten. It puts much stress on all of the organ systems if you are intolerant to it. The book The Gluten Connection is a good read at explaining the relationship of gluten to many diseases. Deborah > > I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis early 2010. Now I take nebrel which works well but my inflammation levels measured by CRP (normal is from 0-4,9) is around 20 (which is down from 34, pre-enbrel). I read that statins (cholesterol lowering meds) can reduce CRP levels significantly. Has anyone taking a statin to lower his or her CRP level? >
