Guest guest
Re: the story Forwarded by Beverly Weikert, weikert004@... on Gots presentation at a recent mold symposium, as reported at www.indystar.com/article.php?mold02.html What I find fascinating is how certain factions insist that their action of demanding scientific validity means their opinion is therefore scientifically valid -- and therefore, all others are wrong. Their argument to support that position? The lack of science!!! If the science is lacking, then they have no scientific basis for any conclusion other than they can't scientifically formulate a conclusion because of the lack of science -- one way or the other -- on any issue. Anything else is not science. It is opinion -- no matter what their credentials or reputation. To insist otherwise is an abuse of their credentials and the assumed authority they carry. This is MHO -- Because I have no valid science to support that conclusion. That's why it is an " opinion " ;-)
