Can you feel parasite movement?

For the past few days I can feel a 'vibration' in my thigh. Similiar to

when a heated mattess pad heater kicks on.

I can sense this ... but when I put my hand over the area, I can not

feel anything.

Should I be suspecting a parasite of some type?
