Ken,

Would you also include Washington State? It would probably be more effective

if it originates from you as the initiator. Keep up the good work.

I grew up in Massachusetts and get homesick often.

Here is a partial list of those in Washington that have the

legislation. It has also been sent to members of Congress. The

President and Vice-President have it.

A similar version is before the Massachusetts legislature. I have

also sent state versions to Connecticut, New Hampshore, Rhode Island,

New York, Florida and Pennsylvania.

For those that want this bill, contact your officials in Washington.

If you have suggestions on how to improve my legislation, let me know.

Do you have the names, phone numbers or emails for a few State

Senators in Washington state. I'll send it to them.

Subject: Toxic Mold Legislation

Distinguished Legislatures

I have been asked by citizens of the Great State of

Washington to present my Toxic Mold Protection Law to you. Your

fellow citizens ask that you give it Legislative

consideration.

The purpose of this Legislation is to establish standards and

procedures for dealing with Toxic Mold. It also established penalties

for those that would knowingly create an environment conducive to

toxic mold or that would with hold their knowledge of the presence of

toxic mold.

Across America we see many families that are being injured by

these toxic molds. They are present in homes, schools, offices and

government buildings. Your Leadership on this issue is needed. This

is not an issue of Democrats or Republicans but rather of Americans.

Thank you. Should you have any questions, feel free to

contact me.
