Guest guest
Hi Ilana, : Ilana <ilana@...> Subject: Hepatitis C Hi, I've been looking for info on Hepatitis C in the "Cure for All Diseases" but I can't find it mentioned. I have HepC, yes it's a virus, and the very first thing that needs to be done is changing the diet.....and staying away from all chemicals.......someone mentioned in a post that milk thistle cleanses the liver.... it actually protects the liver from further damage against the HepC virus itself. There are many herbs for the liver...if she wants to write to me I'd be happy to help. The person must want to help him/herself and believe they can improve......the first step towards that is not believing the Dr's report and having a strong faith that only God knows when its our time to go. Since I'm ill and must guard my energy, I wont' expend more writing....if this person would like help, I'd be happy to correspond and offer my knowledge and experience with treating this dis-ease naturally. Guest guest
Good Morning Bebow, You have come to the right place. I am 62 and have had hepc for about 30 years now (since 1976) and have been in treatment once. I remember well how badly my body hurt and how weak and poopy I was. Thankfully, all things pass and so will your aching and illness. Did you knock the virus down? Do you have SVL? 72 weeks is a very long while to be so ill. Where are you from? you "speak" with an accent. I love the different accents of people from around the world. You will meet some great people in this group, many with lots of knowledge and experiences to compare with you. Welcome, Sharon Hi iam a 51 year old female i fond out that i had hepatitis two years ago i was put on interferon with ribavarin i teak this therapy for seventwo weeks my virus have come back more stronger iam afair because went i teak the medication be for my hole body hurt me so bad and i thought i was going to loose my mine. please help. i would like to chat with some one who is going through the same as myself Thankyou bebow
Guest guest
I am so sorry to hear that treatment did not work long term for you. I found out about my hep one year ago this week...I have not tried treatment yet, and I have not primarily because of the expense, but also because I have met many folks who have ultimately relapsed, and the medication itself has left them with undesireable after effects. May I ask what led you to seek treatment? were you very very ill? How long have you had the infection? April.

Guest guest
I spent most of 2002 on the treetment. They say a year, but it was 48 weeks. My Viral load was at 0, 4 month's into treatment. My Doctor said it was best to do the full 48 weeks. I was tested this last March & it was still at 0. The 48 weeks was well worth it. Guest guest
I took the awful medicine for 48 weeks and tested undetectable after 6 mos. and completed treatment and the last time I did the PCR test was 3 years after completing the therapy. Since then, I watch my liver enzymes with each physical and if I notice any spikes, I would then go for further testing, but I have high hopes that I never have another PCR or liver biopsy again. -dz-keeldominique <keeldominique@...> wrote: Hello I am New tonight. Guest guest
Hi D Hang in there most of the side effects will Probably become more tolerable after a few weeks of treatment. At least that's been my experience after 4 rounds of treatment. The last being the most aggressive. For four months Shots Daily plus Ribavarin then three shots weekly plus Ribavarin for the rest of the year. Finished in Oct. of last year. Virus was back one month later. Genotype 2 which is supposed to be one of the most responsive too treatment. Dr. thinks relapses are due to the bad state of damage my liver is in. --- keeldominique <keeldominique@...> wrote: > Hello I am New tonight. I have just started my shots > and pills. Guest guest
Hi, My personal experience is that I was diagnosed in 03, had treatment in 04 and within 12 weeks virus was " gone " . I continued the duration of treatment and all was fine. A month after my last shot, at y next followup bloodwork, the Hep was back, with a vengeance. The virile load has since diminished, but is still there. Currently Im in the hands of a specialist in Sarasota that does alot of research. My biopsy showed little damage in 04 and my blood levels are normal so he is telling me to wait - so many treatments are on the horizon. I wish you luck ...and all of us ...a prayer Ann __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hi and Welcome, I " m , diagnosed in 2000. Did treatment within a couple of months of being diagnosed. I've been undetectable since Nov. 2000. I go once a year for a viral load and exam from my gastroenterologist. I've been blessed to have been a sustained responder. I know of a lot of people who have beaten this. Joining this support group was a good move for you. You'll have friends to vent to if you need to. Drink lots of water to keep the side effects down. Best wishes to you, > > Hello I am New tonight. I have just started my shots and pills. I have > as you all know a yr left. I was just wondering ? Guest guest
Welcome, sorry to meet you under these circumstances. I did 48 weeks of treatment and finished in Oct,02. I've been undetectable since. I'm 2b. The sides are a pain and they seemed to come and go throughout treatment. The fatigue and headaches were the worst for me. Drinking LOTS of water helps. Guest guest
Hi, I have been reading these posts for several months. This is my first " contribution " , as I am curious as to what everyone thinks about Hepatitis C and treatment for it. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago. I have probably had it for 37 years as far as I can tell. My viral load was just over a million. I did some research and found Dr Shultz's web site, where it was recommended I do several liver/gallbladder flushes. Doing one a month for three months, the load came down 172,000 counts, which was not a significant enough drop. My liver is in stage 3 fibrosis. I began 48 weeks of treatment with interferon/ribavirin. At about 16 weeks I cleared the virus and remained clear throughout. However, 192,000 counts of the virus showed up at my 6 month post treatment PCR. The treatment is very grueling, and I am looking for options. I have tried Milk Thistle, natural Vit E, Ester C and flax seed oil. I eat organic when I can. While on treatment I drank a product called Spirotein to get amino acids. I also read Hulda's book, " A Cure For All Diseases " , but have not tried zapping the virus. Any thoughts? Kathie
Guest guest
Kathie, I watch this show on TV called Home Health. There is a doctor on there that tells people what to take for different conditions. For Hep C he always advises Probiotics and a fiber, Milk Thistle and Noni Juice. He said a friend of his had it for a long time and got rid of it by taking those products. They have a web site and sell the products he recommends. www. bioinnivations.com. The medicine you were taking probably disturbed your intestinal flora. The fiber they sell is the best tolerated. You can call bioinnivations and they will help you. (I am just a viewer of the program). If you get your colon straight it will remove the load on your liver. Best of Luck. a Re: Hep C Hi, I have been reading these posts for several months. Guest guest
My sister had Hep C. The chemotherapy did not work for her. As a matter of fact, the doctors talked her into taking a new product that was injected once a week instead of twice a week. She took one injection and never got out of bed again. Was dead within a month. Before that, she was active, had just bought a new house, and was in the middle of moving. Beware the chemotherapy, i.e. interferon/ribavirin. That being said, my sister was taking $500 a month in supplements. None of that worked because she did not radically change her eating and lifestyle habits. Continue doing the liver cleanses, but do the one recommended my Dr. as it is more powerful. You also need to cleanse the bowel and the kidneys so that when you kill the viruses and bacteria your body can get rid of it instead of just reabsorbing it. You would also benefit from Dr. Schultz's Incurables Program. He has books and tapes on it - the hydrotherapy and juicing alone would be of great benefit. I would also follow the Dr. protocol for parasites, and just as important is using all natural products on your body and in your house to reduce the toxic load. See Dr. 's books for this info. Also, check out the Group Mr. 's Corner for support and additional information on natural healing. You can heal using natural methods. You have to be aggressive and thorough. There is no magic bullet. Kathy Hi, I have been reading these posts for several months. Guest guest
My next door neighbor has or had Hep C but she seems clear of it now by how active she is. She has agressively attacked it by eating organic veggies and fruits, avoiding meat and dairy, she takes supplements, drinks gallons of purified water, works out at the gym regularly and works full time at an on-the-go sales rep job. She is always too busy to talk to me, but her son tells me she is strict about her diet and exercise. She appears very fit and healthy to me and also looks half her age. I would go to the doctor and ask to have some lab tests run. There is most likely a problem somewhere, but you would need testing to be sure what it is.
