Subject: Toxic Mold Legislation

Distinguished Legislatures

I have been asked by citizens of the Great State of Washington to present my Toxic Mold Protection Law to you. Your fellow citizens ask that you give it Legislative consideration.

The purpose of this Legislation is to establish standards and procedures for dealing with Toxic Mold. It also established penalties for those that would knowingly create an environment conducive to toxic mold or that would with hold their knowledge of the presence of toxic mold.

Across America we see many families that are being injured by these toxic molds. They are present in homes, schools, offices and government buildings. Your Leadership on this issue is needed. This is not an issue of Democrats or Republicans but rather of Americans.

Thank you. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
