Dental Bleach ...Where to purchase?

I live in New Zealand and I am finding it impossible to find a supplier of

bleach USP/NSF grade anywhere locally.

Does anyone know where I can buy this product

in New Zealand, or

[ii] in Australia or the USA, who is a reputable supplier and who ships

overseas. [Needs to be at least 5% sodium Hypochlorite as Dr advocates]
