Guest guest
Hi, again. I been reading all the postings and I haven't seen anything about cats or house animals or any simptoms. I heard that Art Linkletters dog had died in his home.... The I started watching my 2 cats....They aren't as perky as they used to be and I get very itchy when I pet them sometimes. About 2 Months ago I took one of the to see their Vet., they both had brown stuff in their ears and alot of it. I would check them about every 2 days and even with the antibotic medicine and fungus shampoo that he sold me to use hasn't worked at all..They're 7 years old and I have never seen this problem with all of my cats I've owned. He had an excuse of why there was so much and said he could sew their ears closed part way(scottish fold have small ears already), he wanted 300 dollars per cat! Yah right!!! Anyway, hopefully someone will know something. Thanks for listening, I feel better and not so all alone with being able to talk about it and get feedback, thank you everyone, goodnight! Guest guest
One of my cats died last month. He lost most of his body weight, then his stomach blew up to the size of a cantaloupe melon and it happened so fast that by the time we got him to a vet, it was already too late and we had to have him euthanized. The vet said his liver was swollen and there was nothing she could do for him. We'll never know if it was related to our severely moldy apartment or another cause because we could not afford the autopsy. Both my husband and I have swollen livers as well. Our little Himalayan kitty seems to be okay. So many symptoms appear that it is hard to keep track of them all, both in people and pets......Betsy ----- Original Message ----- From: " sflady56 " <sflady56@...> < > Sent: Wednesday, August 07, 2002 4:46 AM Subject: [] What about animals? > Hi, again.
