Guest guest
Hi, I am trying to follow the dietary guidelines outlines in the Prevention of All Cancers. I find it really depressing looking anywhere for recipes that follow Dr. 's guidelines, as pretty much any recipe I find has onions (or some member of the allyl family), dairy, poultry, or something else that I'm not supposed to eat. I would realy appreciate advice as to how to start to develop recipes that follow Dr. 's guidelines. Thanks! Lori
Guest guest
Sometimes you just have to find a substitute. I can't eat onions either, but since they are basically used as flavoring, I substitute garlic and celery. For salads I substitute celery, pickles and water chestnuts. (as long as the items are safe to eat, most are). houyhnhmn2 <howland@...> wrote: Hi, I am trying to follow the dietary guidelines outlines in the Prevention of All Cancers.
