Find a home that measures upto the American Lung Ass. specs regarding

indoor material and ventilation. If the home is located in a climate

that has potential for several days of rain add indoor humidity

control. This requires a dehumidification system capable of

maintaining the relative humidity below 50% during the wet weather. -
