Guest guest
Interestingly I met with State Farm this past week just before their insurance rate hike and they advised me we(mold victims) were going to bankrupt them. That was before the news of August 12th came out with the damage of the El Nino was printed. i am forwarding those stories. Of course you all know that State Farm and other rs cover internationally too. So the interest is vested far away and when devastation hits it becomes apparent our insurance will go up! I tried to make it clear this was the reasoning behind my efforts for a class action lawsuit against insurance carriers. I spoke with State Farm about this. They can not possibly pay out each individual claim for millions of dollars, a class action would at least help toward opening the communication lines for all concerned for a decent settlement, I am forwarding the El Nino stories to so you can see what I am talking about for yourselves.
