Usual protocol before remediation

Can anyone tell me if it is the usual protocol, when you find you

have mold, that the insurance company has an air quality person check

all over your house for other places (under sinks, in closets, etc)

where there might be mold? That's what my friend got from her

insurance company. But, I did not get it from mine. (She also got

pre-remediation air testing and I didn't.) I'm wondering if it's

something I could/should push for.
