Hi! My name is Mullins. " Missy " to all who know me. I live

in an apartment complex in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Myself and about 40

other tenants at our complex have filed a class action lawsuit

against the buildings owners (who also built the complex), the

management group, and other related entities. Our mold problem has

been going on for several years but no one realized how serious it

was. The managers kept telling myself and other tenants that if

there was visible mold in our apartments, that we needed to clean it

up ourselves. On September 21, 2000; the five month old little girl

that I was raising for a friend passed away. The autopsy said

bronchial pnuemonial. A while after that, the floors in my apt were

so warped and molded that they had to replace all of the flooring.

The contractors that did the work told me that there was not a

concrete foundation and that under our building was " a lake. " After

the contractors told mgmt that we had a serious mold problem, they

were fired. Cover up work has been going on every since. It wasnt

until a few weeks ago that I realized how serious the problem was.

In one week, 3 children and two adults at our complex were

hospitalized with all the same symptoms. These were also the

symptoms that my little girl displayed in the week before her

passing. In 3 days time, I contacted all of my neighbors and found

out that almost everyone had similiar problems and on a regular

basis. I hired an attorney and we filed our lawsuit. We hired air

quality experts to do testing and are still waiting on the results

before we can go any further. If anyone has any information that

might be helpful to me and our case, please feel free to email me at

reddnkgrl@.... Even if there is someone out there that

understands what I am going through and would like to chat, email me,

I would GREATLY appreciate it. Mullins
