Guest guest
Guys, check out Dr. Norm Shealy at www.selfhealthsystems.com He recommends taking Iodoral or Lugols' iodine for hypothyroidism. I was using thyroid glandular's which actually suppress your thyroid gland even more. I started using Iodoral and switched to Lugol's because it's much cheaper to use. I've been using it for about a year now and notice a HUGE difference. A lot more energy and even lost a few pounds! You may feel better because of the minuscule amount of Iodine in sea salt but that is not the cure! > Go to a good Naturopathic physician, have your tests made and follow the natural protocol that have remedied thousands of cases. > And please remember before addressing the thyroid, take a look at your adrenal glnads and make sure thsy are up to par.Only after the adrenals are working well one should attempt to address the thyroid. > The best to you
