A good book for you to read about this is Healing Back Pain by Sarno. I had back pain for 15 years and now it has been gone for over 10 years. Start with the book The Cure For All Diseases and do all the cleanses and clean-up procedures that are described in the book. Let us know how that goes. If you still have problems after all that, then read her other books and follow some of the more advanced protocols.
