Hi Tammy,My husband had pre-cancer or cancerous spots all over the back of his

throat, and the specialist found a tumor on his larnyx. We didn't want a biopsy

due to possibly spreading it, and he wasn't going to get chemo anyway. (Many

signs of throat cancer had been present for probably over a year, but we hadn't

realized what was going on before the physical symptoms fully showed up).

So my husband immediately started the anti-cancer diet on cancertutor.com ,

along with other healing protocols. Such as Dr. Johanna Budwig's flax

oil/cottage cheese daily. He also used many of Dr. 's methods. There was a

lot of extreme detoxing that happened over several months, but the spots

disappeared after 4 months, and his tumor shrunk after several more months. He

ended up much, much more healthy than he started, and he has no throat cancer

trouble after more than 2 years. He still stays completely away from junk food,

has the flaxoil twice a day, mostly raw foods and sprouts, and we use natural

cleaning supplies, etc.

I did budwigs flax seed and cottage cheese cleanse at the same time as the

clark protocols. Now I am cancer free for 15 years.

As far as I know and experienced they are complementary.
