Mold cleanup closes court a second time

LEXINGTON -Lexington County has closed its courthouse again because of mold.

Except for clerk of court and probate offices, the building will be closed

at least until Aug. 26 during mold testing.

The courthouse was closed late last year for mold cleanup. The $50,000

effort included replacing carpet and running special vacuums. County

officials insist there is no danger of toxic mold.
