Guest guest
The first sign of poor indoor air quality is high relative humidity in the space. After 3-4 days of +80% RH, mold is growing. In 3-4 weeks a musty odor may be noticeable. Sensitive people start complaining. High spore counts peak after the area begins to dryout which could be a month after people become sick. Therefore always monitor relative humidity is a space you are concerned about. When the relative humidity goes above 65% for an extended number of days, investigate the cause. This is my experience with several investigation of reoccuring mold problems. > What are the first health signs that you're in a > building that has unhealthy mold growth?
