Guest guest
, after reading your article and those from others I think it is very possible that I have a candida infection. It has been years since I have had problems with candida... because I have maintained a very good diet and healthy life style. It is fairly possible that this past year of doing the liver flush, the maintenance without taking a Flora has stirred this back up in my body. I can see that I need to look closely at my diet. In the meantime I would like to know the name of a good Flora, since I have not been doing this after each liver flush, etc. I went down to my stock pile of natural remedies and did find that I have three bottle of Floradophilus with FOS. Is this along the line of what you are talking about? It is a BioEnery Nutrient product. Fructooligosaccharides 500 mgs. (FOS) Lactobacillus acidophilus 180 mg Lactobaccillus bulgaricus 30 mg. Streptococcus thermophillus 30 mg. I also wanted to share the name of the Native Remedy that I am currently trying. It is called UTI-Clear. Native Remedies LLC www.nativemedies.com I have taken one round of 7 days and gotten minor relief. I am now taking a second 7 day round. This company above also has nature remedies for Candida and many other health problems. My husband is pushing me to call my doctor and go on an anti biotic but I believe I will continue working on my diet and using the UTI and other nature remedies. If my situation worsens I will yield and go see a doctor, but I don't think an antibiotic will help, IF, as I now suspect I am dealing with Candida infection. Again, thanks for sharing (and others). Guest guest
Hi Norma: I amnot an expert in probiotics, and I know there are several good bacteria that colonize the colon. The one I am taking is from Jarrow and it has about 7 different types of bacteria and it does not have to be refrigerated. Maybe someone else has more to say about it. Watch your diet! Good luck! Guest guest
The gut has over 400 different types of bacteria - 7 isn't going to do it. Better off using Rejuvelac (see, Ann Wigmore) or fermented cabbage. Both easy and effective. Also, always do a kidney cleanse before a liver flush to prevent infection, and replenish probiotics when doing a bowel or liver cleanse. Guest guest
If its candida, eat brown rice and veges only until clear. Eat nothing sweet, including fruit. Drink Rejuvelac or eat fermented cabbage to replenish probiotics. If you take antibiotics, your candida will go through the roof. Guest guest
Hi Kathy: Could you tell me more about the brown rice vegies and what is rejuvelac and why does all this work to clear candida. How long do you do this diet before the candida clears normaly?? I am very interested because I cannot take soy or milk and most probiotics need this environment to thrive! Where do I get fermented cabbage or do I make it myself? Any info is appreciated! linda " inghamseeker@... " <inghamseeker@...> wrote: If its candida, eat brown rice and veges only until clear. Guest guest
Sauerkraut? That is fermented cabbage, not sure if this is what she is referring to. My grandma made it in a crock outdoors but Libby's makes it. It is sold in glass jars and cans.. get the jar if you can. Costco or Sam's club might have the gallon size. <lindae321@...> wrote: Hi Kathy: Could you tell me more about the brown rice vegies and what is rejuvelac and why does all this work to clear candida.
