Hi Steve,

I, like you, used to believe that cleaning mold with

bleach would solve the problem. I even tried primer

and painting after the bleach cleaning process. I

have been ill for over two years and have seen at

least ten physicians (including specialists) that ALL

agree I am ill. Yet it was a mystery to everyone

including myself why my health was not improving and

in fact continued to deteriorate. Well, after the

bleach cleaning and painting, the mold just continued

to come back and even spread to other rooms within our

rental home. That is when I began my research. We

had our home tested and the cause of illness became

very clear. Only upon leaving our home and our

belongings has my health began to improve. It has

been eight months and I am still not completely well.

For you to even suggest that families are leaving

their homes with nothing but the clothes on their

backs to live in one room in a motel,(or sometimes

worse) is LUDICROUS. Do you know what it's like to

wash dishes in a motel bathroom sink. Or to cook your

families meals with a microwave and an electric grill.

Do you have children? Try explaining that you are so

sick you cannot attend their school functions or

sports games that you had never missed before. Or

answer the question " Mommy why are you still sick? Are

you going to die? Mommy I'm worried you're going to

die and I don't want you to. " Can you imagine telling

your child that every one of their favorite toys,

books and clothes have to be thrown away? My children

had items that were bought for them by their great

grandparents that are now deceased. There is NO AMOUNT

OF MONEY WORTH ALL OF THIS! I would be ecstatically

happy to give any amount of money to have my life

back. Everything I have worked hard for in the last

20 years has been ripped away from me. All in a two

year living hell! Maybe you should not judge others

until you have walked a mile in their shoes. If you

are interested in researching MOLD illness and

printing an article with educated information, I would

be more than happy to enlighten you.
