Guest guest
Hi. My daughter has epilepsy- she was also living in a mold infested apartment with disaterous results. Pneumonia, Bronchitis, sever infections. She has been out of the enviroment for over a month. She did go back, on Sunday afternoon, to the apartment for a few minutes to take pictures of her belongings & to check up on things. Last night she broke out in hives all over her body. She could not sleep they were so irritating. No sleep = seizures for her. It is her trigger. Have any of you had delayed hives from mold? What are their appearance & how can we sooth them WITHOUT antihistimines or histimine products (she cannot take, they have bad reaction her her epilepsy drugs.) Now it could be a reaction to the Epilepsy drugs- but she has taken them for many many months with out a problem. So which doctor do I take her to? Her Neurologist, who has no info on her mold allergies? Or do I go to the primary, who has no clue about epilepsy OR mold allergies? This poor kid had been through Hell in the last few months- Can anybody help??? I am desperatly trying to keep her from having to go to the hospital for the 5th time in less than 3 months. HELP!!!
