Today, our local Barnstable Patriot did a front page story on our family and the Toxic Mold. It is based on the letter I sent out asking for help. Here is their website, http://barnstablepatriot.com/ . The newest edition hasn't been posted yet.

The story is very good. The Town Attorney even admits that the Town was responsible for the faulty inspection of our home. He still says they are not liable. Any Lawyers interested? The Town knows all of this but still refuses to provide any full abatement of property taxes on our home. In other words they are committing fraud every time they send us a tax bill.

I hope others will followup on this story and our issue. Massachusetts and the rest of America needs to know what their Government is doing to them. They all hide behind the issue of Sovereign Immunity. Is that allowed when they participate and make profits from the illegal acts of their employees? I thought that was called Racketeering!
